The material idea of happiness is that when you gain something and enjoy that gain, that is your happiness. Something has to replace that motivation of personal gain which exists in the center of the material world and even stubbornly carries itself into spiritual activities. The thing that replaces it is the happiness of service. We all want happiness. Real happiness is without any consideration of personal gain.
