In this material world, our love is often misdirected towards superficial matter and thwarted many times in frustrated attempts to find a worthy subject for our love, resulting in becoming reluctant to trust and love anyone at all. But as soon as we turn our attention and affection again to the Source of the Universe, the natural love of the soul can flow unimpeded. This pure love is not superficial or conditional; it is sustainable.
